SITREP: There are protests scheduled for tonight, 23 September, at City Hall in Dallas, Texas. The protests are in response to the Grand Jury voting to indict Officer Brett Hankinson for "wanton endangerment" in the shooting death of Breonna Taylor.
Dallas City Hall is located at 1500 Marilla Street Dallas, Texas 75201
RECOMMENDATION: It is unknown how large a crowd is expected, but there is a high probability of violence. The recommendation is to avoid Downtown Dallas on 23 September.
