SITREP: There are protests scheduled for tonight, 23 September, at City Hall in Austin, Texas. The protests are in response to the Grand Jury voting to indict Officer Brett Hankinson for "wanton endangerment" in the shooting death of Breonna Taylor.

RECOMMENDATION: It is unknown how large a crowd is expected, but there is a high probability of violence. The recommendation is to avoid Downtown Austin on 23 September.
