SITREP: Rioters demonstrating in Dallas, Texas, have begun blocking streets around the headquarters of the Dallas Police Department on 23 September. The Headquarters is located at 1400 S. Lamar Street.
Protests were also scheduled to take place at Dallas City Hall on 23 September.
RECOMMENDATION: There is a high probability of violence associated with these protests. The recommendation is to avoid Downtown Dallas on 23 September.
